The program is designed to help you develop a high-performing team by enhancing the effectiveness of the communications, collaborations, and interdependency of the team.
The program is planned to be delivered weekly, in one-hour sessions, over a five-week period. Each session’s discussion will be centered on a specific topic, chosen by you. The sessions will be highly interactive with the Coach asking lots of open-ended questions. The Coach will ensure that the environment will be a safe and trusting one so the participants can be transparent. At this level it is not unusual for the “Boss” to be in the group and the Coach is experienced in making sure that everyone feels a part of the team and open to sharing challenges. There will be Action Items assigned at the end of each session with the expectation that each participant will work on those action items prior to the next session where they will be discussed at the beginning of the next session.
The end result will be a team that will be empowered to be more interdependent, having each other’s backs, and striving for team goals. Due to the high level of this team, the discussions will have a strategic theme/flavor focused on joint planning. It will be expected that each executive will already have a plan to deliver their own respective area goals and this meeting will be focused on how to achieve Corporate goals…together. But of course, if anyone is struggling with their areas, we will of course provide support and help as a team.
